Video Tutorials for Sprint365
The Danish company Sprint365 approached us to create Sprint Academy – an e-learning platform for their clients.
Goals
The goal was to prepare video tutorials that would allow clients to easily solve the most common problems without requiring Sprint365 employees' time.
Process
We conducted a needs analysis for the client and proposed several possible solutions. The client chose a stationary option, where a recording studio was created at their headquaters in Copenhagen. The client then recorded the material at their convenience and sent it to Hotshots for editing.
Execution
As a result of the collaboration, an e-learning platform was created, featuring 124 videos, with an average turnaround time from recording to editing of just 4 days.
Effect
Thanks to Sprint Academy videos, consultants save approximately 22 hours of work time per month.
